Privacy
Cleanup request privacy policy.
Information submitted through this website may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, property locations, access notes and photographs of private property. This information is collected to evaluate and communicate about a requested cleanup.
Property photographs
Submitting photographs for an estimate or scope review does not grant permission to use them in advertising, project galleries or other public marketing. Separate permission is required for any public use.
Service providers
Information may be processed by service providers needed to deliver website forms, protect against abuse, store private submissions or communicate with you. Information is not intentionally published through the public website.
Data choices
Do not submit sensitive personal documents, financial information or images unrelated to the property cleanup. Secure verification must be available before a request can be submitted.
Photos on your device
Selected photos are sent in their original format after the quote request is received and may retain embedded location metadata. Selecting a photo alone does not send it. Form entries are not saved as a persistent browser draft. Closing or refreshing the page clears unsent entries.
Website measurement
This build does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics. A first-touch cookie, hjc_attr, records the first landing page, referring page and campaign parameters for up to 90 days. Campaign click identifiers are retained locally but are not sent as separate CRM fields. Landing-page URLs may themselves contain campaign parameters. Browser storage provides a fallback when attribution is too large for a cookie. A short-lived, HttpOnly authorization cookie permits photos for a received request. Hosting and submission providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
