How cleanup works

Start with pictures. We’ll talk through the job.

You don’t need to measure every branch or count every box. Show us what’s there and tell us what you want removed.

Show us what needs to go

Tell us what needs to go and how to reach you. Pictures help us see the job; photos and the property address are optional.

02

We review the cleanup

We look at what you’ve sent and follow up about the debris, how to reach it and any details needed for an estimate.

03

Work out the details

Before scheduling, we confirm availability, what the removal includes and the estimate. You know what you’re agreeing to before work begins.

04

Get the debris out

Once the job is agreed and scheduled, cleanup can begin. Keep any belongings you’re saving clearly separate from the items being removed.

Before material is removed

Photograph property conditions when it is safe.

Your insurer may have documentation requirements. Keep relevant photographs, invoices and receipts, and confirm coverage questions directly with your insurer. Cleanup requests do not guarantee reimbursement.

Start with photos

Show us what the storm left behind.

A few pictures and your property address are enough to start. Tell us what you want removed, and we’ll discuss the next steps.
